Introduction

Western Tree Growers Rural SACCO Ltd (WTGRSACCO) was officially established on 24th July 2019 to support rural communities, particularly smallholder farmers, in enhancing their livelihoods through sustainable financial services, tree growing, and environmentally friendly agricultural practices.

WTGRSACCO focuses on empowering its members to engage in economic activities that promote environmental conservation, timber production, and value-added agricultural products such as honey, tree seedlings, and other forest-related commodities.

To promote saving culture in compliance with the co-operative principles by practicing good governance and providing unique financial products and services to promote agroforestry for its members at their economic and domestic needs.
